Hannah Bill is currently an instructional specialist at Hogansville Elementary School. Thangi will be the new director. Bill has over 17 years of professional experience, all in the Troup County school system. He has worked as an elementary school teacher for six years and as an instructor-specialist for the past 11 years.

Kenedia Cook is currently an instructional specialist at Burt Weathersby Elementary School and will be the new director of student affairs next school year. Cook has ten years of experience teaching elementary and middle school. He served for two years as Vice President of the School of Modern Education in Manama, Bahrain.
Shanna Mabry currently serves as an instructional specialist at West Point Elementary School. Next year, she will be the new principal at Clearview Elementary School. Mabry has ten years of high school experience. In addition, she worked as an instructional support specialist and coach.
Todd McRae will be the new principal at Galway High School. He has 17 years of experience in education, including seven years as principal at Mountain View Elementary and Greenville Middle School. McRae also served as principal of Mountain View Elementary School and currently serves as principal of Manchester High School.

Amy Thornton is principal at Galway High School. He will be the new K-12 liaison for the Krupp County system.
Lindsey Lynch is currently the principal of Franklin Forest Elementary School and the Troup County School System's new professional learning coordinator.
Debra Brock is the current principal of Clearview Elementary and is retiring after 30 years in the Troup County school system.

Ian Franks is retiring as principal of West Point Elementary School. He worked 29 years in the Grupp County system.
After 32 years with the Troup County school system, Gina Turner is retiring. He is currently the principal of Hogansville Elementary School. Kelly Evers is the new assistant principal at Hambright Elementary School and Jenna Fisher is the new assistant principal at Penn Manor Middle School.

Since 2012, Kelly has worked as an instructional specialist in Manheim Township Schools. From 2010 to 2012, she served as assistant principal at Nitrauer and Reidenbaugh elementary schools.
Kelly received her BA in Elementary Education from Shippensburg University in 1995, her MA from Millersville University in 2005, and her Certificate in Elementary Education from Cabrini College in 2009.

She lives in Penn Manor with her husband, Rob. Their son is a 2019 graduate of Ben Manor and their daughter attends Ben Manor High School.

Jenna is one of four assistant principals at Fisher High School. She replaces Tenina Andes, who was named Penn Manor's director of curriculum, instruction and assessment this summer.
"I am grateful for the opportunity to work with the team at Penn Manor High School," said Jenna. "I am committed to building positive relationships with students and staff to ensure success for all."
Jenna graduated from West Chester University in 2007 where she played field hockey and lacrosse. She began teaching at Bayard Rustam Middle School in West Chester in 2007, serving as department head and head hockey and girls lacrosse coach for six years.

Jenna and her husband, Jeff, live in Millersville with their two daughters who attend Letorte Elementary School. Jenna coaches the soccer, field hockey and lacrosse teams.

Troup Co. School District Announces New Administrative Changes For Upcoming School Year
Penn Manor School has offered free breakfast and lunch to all students for the past two years. A waiver allowing school districts to provide free meals during pandemics has expired next school year.
This means that families who want to receive free meals for the 2022-2023 school year must apply for the free and reduced meal benefit. If your children qualify for free and reduced meals in subsequent years, they can receive them until October 1, 2022. Families must reapply to extend these benefits through the 2022-2023 school year.
