Blogilates Calendar 2023 – How was your summer?! Sam and I are getting ready to go home and go outside and I feel relieved! It seems strange to say that we don't get to enjoy a lot of time at the same time we work and live together, most days, we are business partners. It was so nice to get away from work and relax!

I'm also finishing my 30:300 race soon! I felt different energy doing my exercises on vacation (prob because of the view omg), but I finally feel connected to my body again.
